We are operating at a reduced capacity. Please follow the directions given by our team members at all times. 

  • You must register your name and contact information when purchasing a ticket. This is for contact tracing should it be needed. 

  • Please arrive to our site with your window rolled up. Have your printed ticket or mobile QR code ready to be scanned. You just need to hold this up to your window. 

  • Please park in your assigned spot, allowing sufficient distance between you and the cars surrounding you. 

  • Please stay in your vehicle as much as possible, unless going to the bathroom. 

  • Please use the concessions app rather than visiting our concessions in person if you can. Delivery to your car is free of charge.

  • Please maintain social-distancing of 2m (6') from others. 

  • Please adhere to social-distancing markers on the ground when queuing for concessions or bathroom.

  • Please wear a mask when outside of your vehicle

  • Wash your hands frequently, and make use of hand-sanitization stations. 

  • We prefer not to accept cash. Please use our online ticketing and mobile snacks app for ordering. You can also pay in-person with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit, Visa, MC, AMEX.

  • We disinfect all surfaces frequently, and practice proper food-handling guidelines for your safety. Delivery bins are sanitized after every delivery. Staff will wear masks, be temperature checked and not permitted to work if they exhibit any symptoms or illness. 

  • If you feel sick, have any symptoms or have been out of the province in the last 14 days, please stay home. 

  • When food orders are delivered to your vehicle, please wait for the team member to wait at the rear of your vehicle, collect your items from the bin, and leave the bin on the ground. A team member will collect the bin once your door is closed and window is rolled up. If you need assistance please use the chat feature in the app. 


Open-air Field Movies

Events happen in all sorts of weather conditions. Please dress accordingly for outdoor conditions, dress in layers, bring blankets (we have some for sale). If it is too wet, or reasonably uncomfortable to watch a film outdoors, we will announce either:

A) Cancelation of the event. All guests will receive an automatic refund to their payment method. Please note, while we process refunds immediately, your financial institution may take several days to post the refund. 

B) Postponement. If we can offer the film again in your neighbourhood we will make every effort to do so. in this case your ticket will be honoured for the new showing. If you can not make the new date, we will happily refund your ticket. 

Calls on outdoor films typically happen by 4 PM of event day. We make announcements on social media and on our website. 

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an in-progress show, we will automatically refund a credit-card and debit purchases back to your card. If you paid cash, you will need to wait at the box-office for a refund if safe to do so. If it is unsafe to wait (which in this circumstance likely would be) we will announce a time and place to receive cash refunds. 

House Rules

  • No outside food or drink. 

  • No walk-ins allowed, everyone must come through gate in a vehicle.  

  • Larger vehicles and open hatches to the rear and sides. 

  • Please follow all signage and respect social distancing. 

  • No ​sitting on roof tops

  • Wear footwear

  • No alcohol allowed on premises

  • No smoking or vaping on premises

  • Leave your headlights off during the movie

  • Don't raise your voices or use profanity to disturb others



Events happen rain or shine. There are no refunds. 


In the event of high-winds or poor visibility we will either:

A) Postpone the show before gates open. In this circumstance a new date will be provided and tickets will be honoured for that new showing. If you can not attend the new date, credit will be given for a future show. 

B) If the event has started, and we have to stop, everyone will receive a refund automatically to the method of payment. While refunds will be proceed immediately, it may take several days for your financial institution to post the payment.
