Do I need to get a ticket for everyone in my vehicle?No, one ticket is needed per vehicle. You may have as many people as can legally fit in your car for the admission price.

Do we need to print our tickets?No. All you need is the mobile ticket that was emailed to you. A team member will scan your QR code at the gate. If you like to print your ticket, you can do that too, but please due to COVID-19 - just hold the ticket up to your window for us to scan.

How do I hear the movie at the drive-in?The sound is broadcasted via FM radio. We broadcast on a Radio Canada approved frequency of 106.3 FM

Can I bring my own food or drink to the drive-in?We're not going to stop you, but please understand that this is a major source of our revenue and is what allows us to continue to provide this service. We have many selections of afforadble snacks, and would very much appreciate your business.

Can I take my pets to the drive-in?If you do bring your pet, please respect social distancing guidlines if you need to releave your pet.

Is alcohol allowed at drive-ins?No. We are not licenced to sell or permit alcohol on the premisses.

Are there any speacial rules for parking?Yes. We park larger vehicles and trucks to the ends of rows, or in the rear to allow everyone to see the screen. Open-hatches are very distracting to others, if you intend to do this you need to park in the back or on the sides.

When should I arrive onsite?Gates will open 90minutes prior to the advertised start time of the film. Entry will be closd and will not be allowed once the movie begins. This is for the safety of our guests and staff.

How will I be checked-in?Tickets will be scanned upon arrival. Please make sure your ticket is on your phone or have it printed. Parking staff will guide you into a parking spot once you have been checked in.

What kind of payments do you accept?Our box office accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amercian Express, VISA Debit and Dinner's Club. Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting cash at our box office. Our canteen accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Diner's Club, Debit, and cash. We ask that you consider not using cash at this time and use tap to pay.

Can I smoke?There is no smoking allowed on the site.

Do drive-ins close if there is going to be rain or bad weather?We operate differently than regular drive-ins as we use an inflatable screen. The only times that we will close is due to high-winds or severe weather that would make viewing the movie a poor experince. In those circumstances we typically make a decsion by 4 PM. If we cancel, we automaticly refund your ticket back to the card you paid with. Otherwise, rain or shine the show must go on!

What is your policy on refunds?Tickets are non-refundable. Unless we cancel due to severe weather, tickets can not be refunded.

What if my car battery dies while I am at the drive-in?Unless you have a bad battery, that should not happen. But to prevent it from happening, put your car in Accessory mode if using your car radio to listen to the movie. And start your car once during the movie for a few minutes to charge the battery. If the rare case that your battery does die, notify the staff. We have equipment to jump start your car when the movie is over.

How do I turn off the daytime running lights on my vehicle which stay on when I have it in accessory mode?Every vehicle is different. Please consult your vehicle's owner manual before arriving at the drive-in. In general engaging the parking break usualy works.

Can I pre-book or reserve a spot?At this time, no. Parking spots are on a first-come, first served basis. However, you must pre-purchase your ticket to gain access which gaurentees you entrance to the film. You can request a preference of parking when buying your ticket.

Can I walk-in and join my friends who have already paid and entered the drive-in?No, sorry we do not allow walk-ins or persons not in a vehicle. You must enter via the gate in a vehicle.

Can we sit outside the vehicle?You may sit in the bed of your pick-up truck, or in the back of your SUV/Van. Due to safety concerns, you may not sit on your rooftop. You may place lawn-chairs in front of your vehicle.

I have vision problems, how am I assisted?"Please let our team members know of your concern and they will do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Please know that while we try our best, the vehicle you arrive in may cause sight issues for other guests, and may make it difficult for us to completly satisfy you.

Can I get a ticket onsite?This depends, most shows sell out days in advance. It is recommended to book your ticket prior to arrival. Limited tickets may be avalible due to cancelations or ability to add spots. Check social media for these announcments.

Will there be washrooms?Clean and sanitized washrooms will be avalible at all venues. Some may be inside buildings, a mask will be required to wear, others will be in portable facilities.

How is Pop Up Cinema keeping me safe?All our onsite staff will be weating PPE equipment and will maintain 2m distance between each other. All parking spots will be socially distant from each other. We ask if you are feeling sick, please stay home to protect yourself and others. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.

What should I do in case of an emergency?Please turn on your hazard lights and honk your horn. A staff member will come right over to assist.

What if I need to leave the movie early?Please notify a parking attendant before moving your vehicle. You can call our event line (902) 593-0138, visit concessions, or flag an attendant to assist you. Please keep others safe, drive slowly and follow instructions.
